Zunaro venue box office at Riverside Theatre — a Today's Shows rail with on-sale, filling-fast, and now-playing badges across five productions, live venue capacity and revenue at a glance, per-category ticket inventory for the selected show, sales channel, delivery, and payment method pickers, and a current order ready to charge

The system for multi-show venues.

Multi-show inventory, one screen.

Today's lineup (comedy, live music, club nights) loads on one iPad. Tap a show, see live capacity and holds, sell instantly—no system switching, no manual sync.

Venues
Live capacity and holds across a venue's whole night on one screen — today's lineup of four shows, a comedy set, a live-music night, a club night and an open mic, each with its start time, room and whether it is on sale, selling fast or already live; a grid crossing every ticket category — floor, reserved balcony, VIP tables and standing general admission — against all four shows, giving sold against capacity, seats on hold and a percentage bar for each, and totalling every show at the foot; and the selected show open alongside with its sold count, holds and percentage sold, a quick-sell panel to pick a category and quantity and add to cart, and actions to release holds, adjust capacity, view the seat map or open analytics — everything live-synced

Cash, card, pay-later—one order.

Walk-up cash with exact change, card via Payment Element, or voucher for evening shows. All settle in one order feeding your reporting.

Venues
A walk-up box-office order paid three ways at once — the show, its date, room and door time above three tickets, two general admission seats on an aisle and one VIP seat, each priced; a payment panel splitting the balance across walk-up cash with exact change, a card taken through the Payment Element and credit applied from a voucher, with room to add another method; and an order summary listing the tickets, subtotal, fees and total beside all three payments captured, authorized and applied against the single order, a settlement breakdown showing what share each method covered, the next payout date, and who created the order and when

Delivery modes locked per show.

Comedy show email-only; live music print-at-home; past shows lock automatically. Staff never accidentally email a QR for an already-started event.

Venues
Delivery rules set show by show — a searchable list pairing each show, its date, time and venue with the delivery methods it allows and when those lock: a comedy night restricted to email only, a live-music concert offering email or print at home, a theatre performance adding mobile ticket and will call, each locking after the show starts, and a past throwback party greyed out and already locked; and the selected show's rule open alongside, ticking which of email, print at home, mobile wallet and will call are permitted, choosing whether the rule locks after the show starts, once doors open, or never, with a warning that customers cannot change their delivery method after locking, plus links to preview the customer view or edit the rule

Refund policy per show.

Set policy (none / 24-hour / custom), display at checkout. Staff see the policy; gate scanner auto-blocks exchanges for past events.

Venues
Refund policies managed show by show — a searchable, filterable list giving each show its date, venue and policy, some on a 24-hour refund window, one on custom terms and others on no refunds at all, with whether the policy shows at checkout, whether exchanges are blocked after the show starts, and whether the policy is active or scheduled; and one show's policy open for editing alongside, choosing the policy type and the refund window in hours before start time, toggling whether customers see it during checkout, holding the wording they will read, setting exchange rules to block after start time, switching on automatic blocking once the show begins, and setting the policy's status
